The Story:
The Baron and The Warlord have teamed up to make money by creating a new “streaming service” named REAL PUNISHMENT TV. RPtv offers their clients the ability to witness the video trials (fake!) and severe punishment (real!) of innocent men whom they have decided are “criminals” in need of torture and pain.
Prisoners of The Warlord are used to start the project.. beginning with COMMANDO HUNTER!
